It will be a breezy day but not enough for wind blown dust. Below is the RUC wind forecast for 6 pm today showing the highest winds across northern Luna and Dona Ana Counties.
The AQI forecast shows green over the whole state.
The 3 pm NOAA HMS smoke product shows plumes from the Horseshoe 2 and Miller Fires drifting eastward below. I intentionally zoomed out to show an interesting feature. The long curved smoke plume I believe is from a large wildfire in Canada. The plume is high in the atmosphere and not expected to mix down to the ground.
