Feb. 10 - A cold start to the day but we're on a warming trend. Our morning low at NMSU was 19F. The high ended up at 51F. We're still below average for the normal high (based on 1971-2000) for this day is 62.7F. We're expecting fairly calm conditions today no more than 5 m/s based on the RUC forecast model. Below is the 21 UTC (2 pm) surface wind forecast.

The EPA AQI forecast for today however shows an area of moderate air quality over the Paso del Norte today.
