Jan. 3 - Low wind high PM at Paso del Norte tonight. Hourly PM10 peaked at 296 µg/m3 and PM2.5 at 106 µg/m3 at 6 pm.
We also see the TCEQ UTEP station with a low wind event but not as intense.

Fairly quiet in Las Cruces while PM slowly increased over the day but PM10 still under 50 µg/m3 and PM2.5 no more than 10 µg/m3 in the afternoon.
Some breezes in the afternoon and clear sky over most of the region except for some high clouds over the west.
Today's OMI NO2 product shows a clear picture of our anthropogenic sources of NO2 across New Mexico.
The evening AQI map at 10 pm MST shows that the Paso del Norte has moderate air quality with the southern portion under the category "unhealthy for sensitive groups."
