Dec. 19 - Above normal temperatures today. High at LC airport was 66F and 67F in Deming. I recorded 69F on the east side of town. Some high clouds in the afternoon but otherwise sunny from this MODIS Aqua image.

 

It was breezy in the afternoon but not enough to initiate any dust. Core site air quality was in the good range with peak PM2.5 of 8 µg/m3 in the late morning.

 

The forecast for Monday is another warm day with a breezy afternoon. I do not expect any wind blown dust from these breezes. The US EPA AIRNow forecast is green for our region on Monday.
